There was a lot of looking before we found the right place. She went to many properties and videotaped walk throughs for us when we could not be here and knew what we wanted well enough to give us honest feedback as to whether we would be happy with the home or not. Very quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, determined, and willing to go the extra mile. It is challenging to find agents with all the fore-mentioned characteristics let alone one or two of them. Furthermore, it is almost non-existent to have an agent that is willing to spend significant time with you and dive into the deal analysis on a granular level, but she will and has many times over the course of our relationship. She had to endeavor some very high maintenance buyers (us!) in a pretty complicated situation and handled it tactfully throughout. Krystal really made us (myself and my husband) more comfortable with the home buying process being that we were first timers. She explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand and really expressed interest in doing what was best for us as buyers and had our interests at heart. While it was a quick find of a new build, Krystal remained diligent during the waiting period for the home to be finished and helped immensely towards the end in a closing cost fiasco that would have cost us thousands but with her help actually ended up with us receiving a credit.
