We first met her at an open house where she had fruit, cold bottled water, baked goods and a meat tray. After the open house she showed us four or five homes on the spot. Her professionalism and dedication never waned throughout the house search. She sent us daily listings and hand-picked ones to highlight, not just put us on an automatic listing email and forget about you, hoping you find yourself a house! During showings she was very considerate, and I was touched by her kindness toward any elderly homeowners we might happen to meet during a showing. Krystal really made us (myself and my husband) more comfortable with the home buying process being that we were first timers. She explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand and really expressed interest in doing what was best for us as buyers and had our interests at heart. While it was a quick find of a new build, Krystal remained diligent during the waiting period for the home to be finished and helped immensely towards the end in a closing cost fiasco that would have cost us thousands but with her help actually ended up with us receiving a credit.
